External Funding Group

The External Funding Group (EFG) is a new team dedicated to helping and supporting applications for funding beyond RIBI. A new resource of Rotarians is available to help clubs and districts prepare grant applications and to seek out potential funding sources, including those that may be available from central Government, such as the Department for International Development, the Big Lottery and so on.

The EFG is looking to support projects that:

Have local ownership in the developing country.
Are sustainable projects.
Are 'large' and would benefit from significant external funding e.g. projects over £100,000.
Are existing projects but will be started in a new geographical area.
Are projects recognised by RIBI.

If you think you have a project that could fit, then please let us know. We will need the following information based on these criteria and ask clubs to send their information to the External Funding Group via email:
