Leadership Development and Training
Welcome to the Leadership Development and Training Committee. The committee is responsible to the General Council for the preparation and organisation of the annual RIBI Assembly and the half yearly review of business plans, known as the Mid Year Review, and normally meets four times a year to consider the programmes and other arrangements.

The committee is responsible for:
- Preparation of the President of RIBI.
- Preparing and assisting chairmen, leaders, facilitators and speakers at RIBI Assembly group meetings on how best to impart information at those meetings.
- Preparing development modules for district training committees.
- Advising on training and leadership development at all levels within RIBI.
The committee also organises training seminars as required.
