Club Secretaries and Presidents: New to the RI Global Database - need some help?
Don't know how to access the RI Global Database to update your club's details? All club presidents and club secretaries can use this facility to access their club details.
This is a quick link to the Member Access registration page on the RI website: https://www.rotary.org/en/selfservice/Pages/login.aspx.
If you are not already registered, simply complete the registration process by clicking on the big blue 'Register Now' to create an account. You will be requested to provide additional information to help us determine your relationship with Rotary and match you with your record in our database. You will receive a verification e-mail with a hyperlink within 24 hours. You must click the verification link to complete the registration process. You will be prompted to create your own password and 'secret' question and answer.

This gives step by step guidance on how to register and how to use the MAP. Club members may also find the presentation useful for their individual registration. There is also a FAQ sheet.
Although the RI Global Database has been in operation for some years, it is only recently that more and more club secretaries in Great Britain & Ireland have used the Member Access facility. As a result, you may be the first secretary of your club to use the site and your club membership information may be very out of date or incomplete. It may appear to be a very onerous task to update the information initially, particularly if it has not been done for some years, but please persevere as, in the long run, it will make it easier for you and subsequent club secretaries to maintain.
Note re: Admission Date for members: to avoid data errors, RI have a limitation on the Member Access system not to allow admission dates of members beyond 180 days from current date. Please use the closest admission date to complete the process and afterwards email the RIBI Secretariat with the member’s name, ID number and correct admission date and we will correct the record for you. Please e-mail corrections to info@ribi.org
