When will my order be despatched?
All orders are usually despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order. If we are unable to do so for any reason, we will contact you with details and options.
Who will deliver your order?
We use Royal Mail for most deliveries, but will sometimes use a courier when more appropriate.
When will my order arrive?
Most deliveries within the UK arrive within 2-5 working days of despatch. During busy periods, such as Christmas, this may take longer. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 8 working days. (Please note, we can only process claims for non-delivery after 15 working days.)
Will I have to pay anything extra on delivery?
No. We ship from the UK and VAT is included in all our prices.
