If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify the RIBI Shop within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
Credits will be issued only when returned goods are received by the RIBI Shop.
In the rare event of an error having been made by the RIBI Shop, such as duplicate or incorrect goods being sent, please notify the RIBI Shop within 7 working days of receipt.
All complaints will be acknowledged by email within 7 working days.
