Adding your Charter Celebration details

If you celebrate your Charter, you probably want to advertise it to other clubs. This is done automatically in three ways; on your district site - if they are using the system - all forthcoming charters are displayed and also on the hompage of the district site, Charter Celebrations happening within the next 30 days are highlighted and also members of other clubs have access to the list via their own members section.

Of course, your club cannot take advantage of these facilities if you don't complete the form!

I'd suggest the venue, cost, dress and speaker. Don't go overboard and include the menu and all the minutae, as this information would be better displayed elsewhere on your site.

Remember this information is also displayed on the district homepage - along with everyone else's forthcoming Charter, so a long list is tedious to plough through!

I'm wanting to create a booking form for Charters (and other events) in the future, so there will probably be an email field here in the future, so the form knows where to send the bookings.
