Registration
Before you can do anything, you must register on the RIBI site.
Either follow the link or look on the homepage, in the menu on
the left.
Please follow the instructions and ONLY REGISTER ONCE - this is NOT the login page to get to your club site!
Nobody has access to any area of the site until their Rotary membership is confirmed.
If your district has not appointed an administrator then validating your membership may take some time. Unless you are a current club president/secretary or RIBI Officer I have no way of checking whether you are a Rotarian or not, as I use the current RIBI directory to check. So please be patient!
You should hopefully receive an email from your administrator, something like:
"Your Rotary membership has now been confirmed, and I have altered your access privileges so you can be 'Club Administrator'
You can log in from the home page of the RIBI site. If you click on the 'administration section' button (only administrators see this) after login you can compile the club programme, edit meeting details, create committees etc. If you add members, please ensure they have a unique password in addition to username - don't use a blanket term to make it easy for everyone in your club!
When you first log in as administrator, there is a form showing your basic club deatils. On this form is a 'Using System' tick box - please tick this if you are to use the facilities beyond keeping your meeting details accurate. This will help me track the number of users and also help generate links based on a 'preferred URL'.
This project acts as a fundraiser for Foundation, with clubs making an additional donation of at least £50 p.a. direct to The Rotary Foundation (UK) at Alcester." A form is available for download in the club administrators area.
