Adding Committee/Section Reports
In addition to the Committee or Section 'homepage' there is the opportunity to add more information or 'reports'. You may have an ongoing project that needs regular updates, or perhaps your club bulletin is posted regularly.
Please be aware that you can only add reports to existing committees or sections. Only your club administrator(s) can create these.
You must choose the appropriate committee/section from the dropdown list, or the upload will fail!
As the instructions say, it is much easier, and quicker, to write your report first on your word processor (forget about pictures for the moment), then copy the text , click in the 'Details' field then Paste the copied text from your computer.
If you do this, click the 'Cleanup Word' icon (even if you haven't used Word), which will remove unnecessary code. It is also useful to click the 'Clear Font Tags' icon, for a consistent look to reports.
If you want to upload a pdf or PowerPoint file to accompany the report (DON'T use this field to try and locate your Word file so you can copy the text!), click on the 'Browse' button until you find the file. If uploading a file, make reference to it in the 'Details' area, so people know what it's about and don't waste their time downloading unnecessary files.

After you have added a report to the committe/section, the report
is listed as a menu item on the committee 'homepage'.
