Competitions

RIBI runs a host of competitions aimed at celebrating the talents and achievements of young people.

Three competitions, run by RIBI, are officially part of the London 2012 Inspire family. RIBI Young Writer, RIBI Young Photographer and RIBI Youth Speaks have all been awarded the prestigious London 2012 Inspire mark, providing opportunities for young people all over the country to be part of the 2012 Games.

The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will inspire and enthuse young people across the UK to do things differently, strive for their best and embrace the Olympic spirit. The London 2012 Inspire programme is the official way of doing this and includes sport participation, education, volunteering and culture. Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland is delighted to be part of this exceptional range of opportunities.

The London 2012 Inspire programme profiles initiatives which celebrate young people and their talent. As an organisation which supports young people in many ways, RIBI is proud and thrilled that these competitions have been recognised as exceptional and innovative projects.
